A Place to Reconnect
We have 2 large reception rooms. The main reception room is the more formal for pre and post dinner drinks, reading a book in the daytime and watching the weather out of 3 different aspects from the comfort of our sofas. It has a stereo system with smartphone plug aswell as cd player for listening to music, an open fire and sliding doors which open into the formal dining area. The second recption room houses a wood buring stove and a widescreen smart tv for cosy nights in.
Prepare and Cook With Friends
Our well equipped kitchen has table seating for up to 10 and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. It comes fully equipped for all your culinary needs and features, an electric range cooker with 5 hobs and 2 ovens, an american fridge/freezer, Espresso machine, blender, slow cooker, microwave, hand mixer, toaster and kettle. We also provide a full selection of cutlery and crockery, pots, pans, roasting trays and knives to help you prepare delicious meals every night.
Sleep Peacefully
We have 5 bedrooms each with a unique character and views of different aspects. You’ll enjoy exploring them and drawing straws for the best views. Three of the bedrooms are superkings which can also be made up as twins on requests and 2 of the rooms are doubles. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor 2 superking and 2 doubles and one superking/twin on the ground floor. The ground floor bedroom was created to helps the disabled or infirm for whom the stairs may prove an issue. We put a DDA compliant wetroom on the ground floor aswell.
Luxuriate in Our Hot Tub
Our wood fired Hot Tub is a hit with all our guests. Keep it cold for a dip after a long walk to help recover limbs and muscles. Alternatively warm it up with the wood burner and watch the sun set with a glass of something. Or just splash about in the daytime ! Located just off the large patio at the rear of the house the hot tub has jets and bubbles and a colour changing LED light for fun at night.

Rainfall Showers and a Soaking Bath
We have plenty of options for your abloutions at Coillemore House. A large main bathroom houses the original cast iron bath. We have restored this and it now sits at the centre of the decadent first floor bathroom with his and hers sinks and a walk in shower cubicle. The first floor also has another showerroom/wc and a third WC. The ground floor has the DDA compliant wetroom and a WC
Take in the Views in our Gardens
Coillemore House has 1.5 acres of private walled garden. Featuring lichen covered apple trees, magnolia , laburnum, yew, spruce, cherry and pear to name just a few of the trees. We also have an extensive multi variety rhodedendron collection, azeleas, brooms. lilacs, camelias, and quince bushes. Fruiting gooseberry bushes and blackcurrrants and a fine selection of flowers and plants from echinops and hostas to foxgloves and tulips to name just a few. We try to keep the garden as cared for as we can so you can enjoy your time walking the paths, relaxing on the patio or in the hot tub.
Keep Kids Entertained
We have a games room with a 6ft pool table and a foosball table to keep young ones and the young at heart entertained if its wet.
Dry Off and Wash Away the Day
The utility room/boot room has space to hang coats and store boots, along with a washing machine and tumble dryer to dry wet clothes, just in case you get wet in one of Scotlands famous rain showers.
